As a Wilmington native, Emilia brings a genuine passion for the community to the world of real estate. Her understanding of the local area and coastal lifestyle allows her to help clients experience and enjoy all that Wilmington has to offer. 

After graduating from John T. Hoggard High School, Emilia went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Political Science from the University of South Carolina. She then returned home to Wilmington to gain experience in marketing and retail sales before beginning her career in real estate. 

In her free time, you can find Emilia taking a boat cruise along the Intracoastal Waterway, playing a game of tennis, walking the Wrightsville Beach Loop with her dogs, and socializing with friends and family at many of Wilmington’s delicious restaurants.
