This is the second time we have used Kristin to purchase a beach front property and would not ever consider using anyone else. She is, simply put, phenomenal. We live in Pennsylvania but have been able to get just the properties we wanted and within the budget we set all due to Kristin. She made sure we were immediately notified of properties as soon as they hit the market and would inspect and film properties and their condition for us as soon as we asked so that we could make an immediate, informed decision before someone else had an opportunity to bid on the property. She was not only instantly responsive, she was patient, considerate, and professional, working with us and doing whatever was necessary until she was able to get us the exact property we were looking for. She then ensured that the closing and transfer process went smoothly - everything was covered and nothing ever fell through the cracks. Never any hiccups or problems. Kristin receives our strongest possible recommendation with out reservation - you will be fortunate to have her represent you.

We had to find a home within a short time frame and they worked diligently to make it happen. We had specific ideas about where we thought we wanted to live, but listened carefully as options they presented turned out to be superior to what we thought. My husband and I dealt with Matt in Nov/Dec of 2015. He was very informative, very helpful, quick response to all questions and helped us purchase a wonderful lot for the future. The Bluffs on the Cape Fear is just beautiful. The pool is great, Oak Island beach house just enough. A rainy day drive ended up being a great blessing and through it all we got to meet Matt and his wife Kristin.

Matt Freeman was not only great in assisting us with the closing details but remained in contact with us after the sale. We are from out of state and did not have any local connections. Matt did a great job in providing us with great options for insurance agencies, financial agencies and the general run of the mill things that would be helpful to someone from out of state.
